Kristen began serving with Spring Valley in an assistant role to the administration team in time for the 2018-19 academic year. Prior to joining the team, she received her Bachelors of Arts degreein Communication Studies from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Kristen discovered her passion for creative communication upon witnessing its impact on the outreach efforts of local nonprofits firsthand and how artistic messaging can leverage the mission of the causes we love most. This year, Kristen continues to work closely with the SVS family in her full-time Communications role, ensuring that Spring Valley publications, both print and digital, effectively convey the magic that happens within our classrooms and beyond. Additionally, she works to continually increase community involvement via coordination of special events and volunteer opportunities as we, all together, invest in the bright futures of Spring Valley students.
